For the first time in the history of domestic women's football, teams from the top league will compete to determine two teams that will represent Ukraine in next season's Women's Champions League: the champion of the country will start their participation at the first qualifying stage of the Champions Path, while the team finishing second in the championship will play in the first round of the Champions League Path.

The team that finishes 12th in the Ukrainian Premier League for the season-2022/2023 will move to the First League.
