Note for Attention — Operational Information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on September 10, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion into our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The ninety-ninth day of heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian military invasion has begun.

The enemy continues to concentrate efforts on establishing full control over the territory of Donetsk Oblast, maintaining temporarily occupied areas in Kherson, parts of Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Mykolaiv oblasts.

The adversary is conducting aerial reconnaissance with high intensity and continues to take measures to improve logistical support for its troops. There remains a continued threat of air and missile strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine.

During the past day, the enemy inflicted 13 missile and 23 air strikes on objects within the territory of Ukraine. Among others, infrastructure was damaged in the areas of the populated places of Velyki Prohody, Avdiivka, Nevelske, Mariinka, Velyka Novosilka, Neskyuchne, Volno Pole, Poltavka, Mali Shcherbaki, Bihorje, Ternev Podi, Blagodatne, Suchy Stavok, Kostromka and Bezimenne.

On the Volynian and Polesian Directions, the situation has not changed significantly.

On the Northern Direction, the enemy carried out air strikes on civilian and military infrastructure in the areas of the populated places of Slavgorod and Velyka Pysarivka, Sumy Oblast.

At other directions Russian occupiers shelled military and civilian infrastructure with tanks, combat vehicles, artillery and multiple rocket launchers:

on the Kharkiv Direction — in the areas of the populated places of Dmitrivka, Pryudyanka, Zolochiv, Sosnovka, Duvankha, Udi, Lipci, Peremoha, Momotove, Borchova;

on the Sloviansk Direction — in the areas of the populated places of Sloviansk, Dolyna, Krasnopillya, Velyka Komishuva, Mykolyske, Dibrivne;

on the Kramatorsk Direction — near Serhiyanka, Krivoi Luki, Sidorove, Hryhorivka, Ivan-Daryvka and Sporny;

on the Bakhmut Direction — in the areas of the populated places of Zaytseve, Mykolayivka Second, Vesela Dolyna, Solodar, Bakhmutskoie, Bakhmut and Yakovlivka;

on the Avdiivka Direction, shelling from mortars and artillery was experienced by Krasnogorivka, Avdiivka, Opytnoye, Vodyane, Karlivka and Perevomyske;

on the Novopavlovsk Direction — in the areas of the populated places of Mariinka, Novomykhaylivka, Mykolyske, Vuhledar, Shevchenko, Velyka Novosilka, Bogoyavlenska, Neskyuchne and Verymivka;

on the Zaporizhzhia Direction — in the areas of the populated places of Novoandriyivka, Hulyaypole, Charivne, Novosilka, Shcherbaki, Volno Pole, Mali Livny and Orikhiv.

On the South Buzhok Direction, the enemy continued shelling along the line of contact.

In addition, the adversary conducted aerial reconnaissance using drones — 36 sorties were recorded.

To strengthen Russian forces on temporarily occupied territories in Kherson Oblast, a unit formed according to national characteristics of so-called "kadirtsi" numbering up to 1300 people arrived.

Defensive forces successfully repelled enemy attacks in the areas of the populated places of Zaytseve, Vesela Dolyna, Solodar, Bakhmut and Perevomyske.

Overall over recent days more than a thousand square kilometers of Ukrainian territory were liberated from occupiers. On certain directions units of Defensive Forces penetrated into the enemy's defense up to 50 km deep. Over thirty populated places, which had been temporarily occupied by Russian invaders in Kharkiv Oblast, were either liberated or brought under control.

During the day, for support of ground forces' operations, aviation of Defensive Forces carried out 33 strikes — destroyed ammunition depot and inflicted damage on almost 25 strongholds and assembly points of enemy manpower and equipment.

Anti-aircraft defense units of our troops at various directions destroyed two drones and one guided air-to-surface missile.

During the past day, as a result of fire impact by rocket forces and artillery of our ground forces, damage was inflicted on 18 command posts of different levels, areas of enemy manpower concentration, anti-aircraft defense means and radio-electronic warfare equipment, artillery units and over 20 ammunition depots and fuel-and-lubricant material stores.

Meanwhile, in the liberated territories de-occupied communities are returning to life. Demining is being carried out. Units of the National Guard of Ukraine conduct stabilization measures. The work of the National Police has been resumed. Police record numerous crimes committed by the enemy on Ukrainian soil and are ready to counter provocations and infiltration of reconnaissance-diversionary groups. Immediate assistance is provided to local population, as occupiers left behind destroyed infrastructure, ruined houses of peaceful citizens and heaps of metal debris.
