President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about our top military-political task and the destruction of occupiers' logistics in Crimea.

"Ukrainians! Ukrainian women!

Every day and every night we see new reports of explosions on territories temporarily occupied by occupiers. I am asking all our people in Crimea, in other regions in the south of the country, in occupied areas of Donbas and Kharkiv region to be very careful. Please do not approach military objects of the Russian army and all those places where it stores ammunition and equipment, where it holds its command posts.

The reasons for explosions on occupied territories can vary greatly, including what occupiers themselves define as 'clumsiness.'

But the sense in them all is one: destroying occupiers' logistics, their ammunition, military and other equipment, command points saves lives of our people. The fewer opportunities occupiers have to do evil and kill Ukrainians, the sooner we will be able to end this war by liberating our land. And the current situation with the flow out of Crimea into Russia through a bridge shows that most citizens of the state-terrorist are already understanding or at least feeling that Crimea is not their place.

And I want to thank all Ukrainians who help our armed forces, our intelligence services, and our special agencies in weakening the occupiers' army. In this there is a significant advantage of Ukraine and the primary cause of our future victory — the struggle of our defenders is based on unconditional support from the Ukrainian people. This is a national liberation war, an all-Ukrainian fight for freedom and independence for our country.

Millions defend Ukraine in one way or another. Millions of people who are fighting at the front, who are struggling for their cities and villages, including under occupation, who stopped occupiers' equipment, who informed and continue to inform our intelligence services, who stand against occupiers in their rear, who provide necessary supplies for Ukraine and work of all our state institutions and economy, who volunteer, who fight for our interests abroad, who are fighting the information war.

And we must — and will — do everything to preserve this nationwide foundation of defense.

So that support for Ukraine in the world does not decrease and so our country moves towards victory, our own activity should not decrease — absolutely everyone who stands up for our state. Do everything as you have been doing it for Ukraine. And even more, because Russian leadership is counting on Ukrainians, Europeans, and the whole world feeling tired of this war. We must do everything so that we and our friends and partners are not exhausted but our enemy is. So that we drive occupiers out of Ukraine, every day Russia should find it harder to wage war — this is our top military-political task.

I spoke today with President of France Emmanuel Macron. Informed him about the situation around Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant and new Russian provocations. Thanked for significant support. We also discussed with Mr. President a new security and macro-financial aid to our country.

Also held talks with Danish Prime Minister. Also on strengthening financial support for Ukraine, new sanctions against Russia. Thanked Ms. Frederiksen for defense assistance and the successful conference in Copenhagen that recently approved specific decisions for our protection.

For the first time in history of bilateral relations had talks with President of Zambia. Discussed cooperation in international organizations, food security, and current global threats.

Today Ukraine was visited by Ban Ki-moon, eighth Secretary-General of UN, and Juan Manuel Santos, former President of Colombia. The main topic of the discussion with them — is guarantees of safety for Ukraine.

We are doing everything to form such a military, political, and legal architecture of security for Ukraine that will be real, effective, and work long-term, guaranteeing peace to our people.

Russian army continued absolutely senseless brutal shelling of cities in Zaporizhzhia region and Dnipropetrovsk oblast today — Oril, Nikopol... Sadly, there are wounded, sadly, there are victims. Shelling of Kharkiv continues, border areas. But all this will give nothing to occupiers and will not break our resistance.

Our heroes repel constant and very powerful attacks in Donbas. Occupiers use everything there: aviation, rockets, phosphorus bombs, artillery... Very fierce battles are going on.

We have to go through this, endure all of it and choose life. Ukraine will win, and it will be.

Signed an order today awarding our defenders. 189 soldiers were awarded state awards. 158 — National Guard servicemen, including 21 posthumously. 26 border guards, including two posthumously. Three police officers, including two posthumously. Two customs service workers, including one posthumously.
