The Coordination Center of the UAF sent humanitarian aid to Sumy Oblast

The Coordination Headquarters and humanitarian hub of the Ukrainian Football Association (UFA) in Dnipro visited Sumy region with a humanitarian mission. The Sumy region, bordering the country's aggressor, region, was one of the first to suffer from Russia's large-scale military invasion.

Within the framework of interregional cooperation between regional football associations, First Vice President of UFA and coordinator of Dnipro hub Alan Plyev, Vice President of UFA Yuri Pochotnyi, Chairman of the Football Association of Dnipropetrovsk Region Viktor Andrukhiv, star player of "Dnipro" Oleg Tarasov, and football legend and Seoul-1988 Olympic champion Oleksiy Cherednik handed over humanitarian aid to the Football Association of Sumy region.

Representatives of the Coordination Headquarters handed over food products, baby food, medicines, hygiene items, and emergency supplies to the head of the regional association Andriy Prokhorovich.
The humanitarian cargo is intended for families displaced from hotspots in the region, as several regions of Sumy have suffered devastating destruction due to occupier weapons, and thousands of families have been left without shelter over their heads.
