President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the worsening international situation around the world and the new propaganda activities of the occupiers.

"I wish you good health, dear Ukrainians!

These days in our information space and on social networks there are many reports about conflict situations and threats that exist in other geographical areas. First - the Balkans, then - Taiwan, now perhaps the Caucasus... All these situations seem different, although they are united by one factor, namely: the global security architecture has not worked. If it had worked, there would be no such conflicts.

And this is what Ukraine pays attention to not only 161 days since the start of the full-scale war but for years now. Since Russia completely ignored international law and the interests of humanity as a whole.

2014 was a turning point. Then in completely obvious situations - with Crimea, with Donbas, with the downed Malaysian 'Boeing' - Russia avoided immediate and tangible responsibility, preserved business and political ties with the world... And now many believe that it will succeed for them too.

That is why Ukrainians are now doing a very important job for everyone in the world. Our people have united the free world not just around our struggle for freedom but around an understanding of how fragile our freedom is. The freedom of every nation in Europe and other parts of the world.

This fragility can only be protected by joint actions, and to make this work in the long term, there must be an effective global security architecture that guarantees that no country will ever again resort to terror against another country.

At a systemic level, at the level of global institutions, this is exactly what we are working on now - both the Ukrainian state and all our partners.

Today I met with the student community of Australia. Over 20 universities, as well as interest from leading Australian media and politicians. I called upon all our Australian friends to help us in the information war and spread the truth about Ukraine's defense and Russian terror as widely as possible.

We need to solve an extremely important national task: the Ukrainian point of view must be seen and heard in those parts of the world where Russian propaganda is still very loud. This applies not only to the Pacific region but also to countries in Southeast and East Asia, the Arab World, Africa, Latin America. And so we need informational support from all our people and friends abroad whose voice can be heard.

Today I met with Estonia's Minister of Foreign Affairs who visited Ukraine. I thanked him for starting his visit on the topic of restoring Ukraine. In Zhytomyr Oblast, within the framework of our Fast Recovery Plan - Fast Recovery Plan - construction will begin on the first kindergarten out of fifteen objects proposed by the Estonian Government to help rebuild the region. This is extremely important now - when internally displaced persons are returning home.

Estonia is one of those countries that started helping us even before February 24 and whose support has become incredibly significant. Ukraine will always remember this.

Switzerland joined the seventh package of EU sanctions today - and I am grateful for this. When such a country does not remain neutral in defending values and human morality, it is a very important signal to the whole world.

Now there's a feeling that Russia has started to realize the inevitability of being recognized as a state sponsor of terrorism. After all, what the Russian army and supposedly private Russian military companies have done, no other terrorist organization in the world can claim precedence in terror. Russia is definitely - number one among terrorists. And this deserves legal consequences, including in decisions by the United States and other global entities.

And that's why new propaganda activity has come out of Moscow. They suddenly decided to declare 'Azovites' as terrorists, although when a state sponsor of terrorism does this, it is obviously absurd. They activate various emissaries with theses about how a state sponsor of terror supposedly wants negotiations... If Russia truly wanted an end to the war, it would not be mobilizing reserves in Ukraine's south now and would not be producing mass graves of innocent people on Ukrainian territory.

And generally it is just disgusting when former leaders of important European countries with European values work for Russia which is waging war against these values.

Therefore, we need to fight, we need to beat the terrorists on our land, we need to spread information about Ukrainian interests and gain successes and victories for Ukraine. Everyone at their level - both Ukrainians and partners. Terrorism can only be stopped by joint unbreakable force.

I signed a new decree awarding our soldiers. 194 participants in combat operations were awarded state awards. 28 of them posthumously.

Eternal memory to each one whose life was taken by terrorists!

Glory to all who fight for Ukraine!

Glory to Ukraine!">
