To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on July 20, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The one hundred forty-seventh day of heroic resistance against the Russian military invasion has begun.

On the Volyn, Polesie, and Northern Directions significant changes in enemy activity are not observed. The enemy shelled with field and rocket artillery areas around Mykolaivka in Chernihiv Oblast and Volfino, Yastrubino, and Pavlivka in Sumy Oblast.

On the Kharkiv Direction the enemy carried out fire strikes on the areas of Mospanove, Pyrivka, Ruski Tishky, Bazaliyivka, Pechenigi, Tsirkuni, Pitomnik, Dementiyivka, Korobochkine, and Prudyanka.

On the Sloviansk Direction tank and artillery shelling was observed near Dolyna, Krasnopillya, Konstantinivka, Chepyl, Husaryvka, and Adamyvka.

On the Donetsk Direction the aggressor shelled with field and rocket artillery areas around Kramatorsk, Severnyy, Serbyanka, Grygoriyivka, Verkhnyokamyanske, Spirene, Ivan-Daryivka. Carried out an air strike near Verkhnyokamyanske. Conducting assault actions towards Ivan-Daryivka; combat operations are ongoing.

On the Bakhmut Direction occupiers are conducting combat actions aimed at creating conditions for launching an offensive on the city of Bakhmut and capturing the territory of Vuhlehirska TES. Carried out shelling with field and rocket artillery and tanks in areas around Berestove, Bilohorivka, Yakovlivka, Pokrovskoye, Solydar, Bakhmutse, Bakhmut, Vesela Dolyna, Kodema. The enemy carried out air strikes on Berestove, Yakovlivtsi, Bakhmut, Verkhnya, New York, and Pokrovskoye.

Combat operations are ongoing in the directions of Berestove, Verkhnya, and Novoluhanske.

On the Avdiivka, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhzhia Directions shelling was noted around Novobakhmutivka, Vuhledar, Novopol, Poltavka, Hulyaypole, Kamianske, and other areas. The enemy carried out an air strike near Avdiivka.

The enemy conducted reconnaissance by fire in the area of Novoselivka Second and launched an attack towards Mykylivske; he did not succeed and withdrew.

On the Southern Buzok Direction the enemy maintains a high intensity of reconnaissance using unmanned aerial vehicles. Defensive artillery strikes with field, rocket artillery, and tanks are ongoing along the entire line of contact. The enemy carried out missile-air strikes in the area of Murakhivka. Shortages of ammunition, food products, and water are noted among enemy units.

In the Black Sea waters three carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles are located outside their bases. According to available information, the command of the Northern Fleet of the Russian Federation is conducting preventive measures in connection with a very low level of military discipline among units that have been involved and are planned to be involved in combat operations on Ukrainian territory. Drunkenness and insubordination to orders from commanders prevail.

Ukrainian aviation and rocket-artillery units continue successfully executing fire missions against enemy command posts and logistics bases.
