The coordination center of the UAF, with the support of Dario Šterni, sent a group of children to Croatia
On May 11, a group of children who are wards of the SDYUShOR "Yunost" and the academy of FC "Dessna" from Chernihiv traveled to Croatia. 56 children received an invitation to the city of Split, where they will have comfortable conditions for accommodation, training, and playing football.

This was announced by President of the Ukrainian Association of Football, head of the UAF Coordination Center Andriy Pavelko, who visited Chernihiv on a working trip. Together with First Vice-President of the UAF Vadym Kostyuchenko and Deputy President and General Secretary of the UAF Yurii Zapysochyi, they brought aid to the city that suffered severely from the military aggression of fascist Russia — food supplies and first-aid items.

“Earlier, these children were evacuated from Chernihiv to Western Ukraine. Their safe departure was organized by the head of the Chernihiv Oblast Football Association Hennadiy Prokopovich. I am grateful to Hennadiy Prokopovich for the safe evacuation of the children and Dario Srna — for his assistance in organizing their trip to Croatia!” — noted Andriy Pavelko.
