In particular, this involves cooperation in matters related to accommodating families with children and evacuees from cities and villages affected by the war in eastern and southern Ukraine. It is planned that up to 300 people will be accommodated in the stands of "Arena Lviv" soon. "During peacetime, this was an impregnable fortress for our football rivals, but now the arena will serve as shelter for many families," — said the president of the UFA.
In addition, cooperation between the OMA and the UAF Coordination Center is being discussed in terms of receiving humanitarian aid from international partners of the association, which arrives through the Polish border and will then be sent to cities and villages in eastern and southern Ukraine where such assistance is needed. This includes medicines, food products, medical supplies, etc. "I am grateful to Maxim Kozitsky for his readiness to cooperate to support our fellow citizens who are suffering most from the war," — thanked Andriy Pavelko after the meeting.

During his visit to Lviv, the president of the UAF also visited the base of FC "Ruh", where he met with the honorary president of the club, Hryhoriy Kozlovsky. Since the start of the war, the new base of "Ruh" has become a humanitarian hub providing shelter to evacuated children and entire football teams from Kharkiv, Melitopol, Kherson, and other affected areas. Currently, here live and train young football players from Melitopol and Kharkiv, with whom Andriy Pavelko had the opportunity to communicate.

"The UAF Coordination Center, together with local authorities and club management, has already established a whole network of humanitarian centers operating in Dnipro, Kyiv, Lviv, and Uzhhorod. Opportunities have been created for evacuating hundreds of children to safe areas in western Ukraine and beyond the border, providing humanitarian aid to families in the war zone, as well as medical assistance to doctors helping to heal wounded soldiers. The country, whose citizens work every day to defend it, will certainly defeat the totalitarian regime controlled by a bunch of sick fascists," — emphasized Andriy Pavelko.
