The UEFA Disciplinary Committee adopted a number of decisions Note: There seems to be an error in the original text, as it mentions "УАФ" (UAF), which usually stands for Ukrainian Association of Football, but the context suggests it should refer to UEFA. Since I was instructed not to alter names or add explanations, I've kept "УАФ" as is while translating the rest of the sentence accurately based on common knowledge.

The UEFA Executive Committee, which includes the President of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Pavelko, was provided with the results of an independent study commissioned by UEFA to assess the economic impact on European national associations of potentially holding the World Cup every two years and a new calendar for men's and women's international matches.
At UEFA's request, a well-known consulting firm conducted an independent study, reports the official website of UEFA. In the press release, it is emphasized that the findings in the report raise serious concerns about the sustainability of the plan for European associations and add to a series of observations regarding its impact on various sectors of football and tournaments.
The announced goal of easing the calendar burden for players contradicts doubling the number of final tournaments, as each season is expected to end with a World Cup or Confederations Cup. Tournaments at this level of intensity cannot be repeated annually without increasing mental and physical strain on players who will have to play one more tournament per season if all qualifying matches are condensed into one or two long blocks.
An increase in the number of final tournaments and a reduction in qualification matches will force players with the heaviest schedules to play even more, while fewer games will be left for others. The same applies to national teams. Teams that do not reach the proposed final tournament format will not only play fewer matches but also lose regular contact with their fan base due to prolonged periods of inactivity.
A calendar that does not meet the technical needs of national teams will not allow for checking and gradually introducing new players into the team. It also increases the risk for national teams to complete an entire qualifying cycle without key players who are injured. At the same time, this affects leagues by subjecting them to excessively long breaks, which would be detrimental to all, especially those who play their seasons in summer and those forced to suspend their championships due to climate.
Women's football also suffers, despite the intention to double the number of women's World Cups. Leading women's tournaments will no longer be able to rely on an exclusive calendar and full public attention. This is guaranteed to have negative consequences in terms of tournament coverage as well as fan interest and media attention.
With the discontinuation of the European Championship for youth, the entire system of tournaments involving junior national teams needs to be reviewed. It is likely that it will have to be shortened due to reduced windows available for matches involving national teams.
Joining the clear objections repeatedly expressed by members of the European football family and the firm, well-motivated opposition from fan organizations, UEFA considers that radical changes should only be proposed if they lead to obvious and undeniable benefits for football and its participants.
