The extraordinary FIFA Congress, attended by all 211 member associations, today ratified the decision on the hosts of the 2030 and 2034 World Cups.

During the opening of the 47th Ordinary Congress of the Union of European Football Associations, which took place today, April 5, in Lisbon, where Alexander Ceferin was re-elected as president of UEFA and Andriy Pavelka, president of the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAFA), was elected to the executive committee of the organization, Portuguese Prime Minister António Costa delivered a welcoming speech.

The year that has passed will go down in the history of Ukrainian football as one that coincided with a full-scale war.

UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin made a working visit to South America, where he met with CONMEBOL President Paraguayan Alejandro Domínguez.
