With 32 points, «Al-Shabab» are currently in sixth place in the league table of Saudi Arabia's top division.

In the 18th round of the Professional League of Saudi Arabia, goalkeeper Georgiy Bushchan, who joined the club only on Wednesday, January 29, faced «Al-Ettifaq» away.

Ukraine's national team goalkeeper Georgiy Bushchan has moved from Kyiv's Dynamo to Saudi Arabian club Al-Shabab. The official website of the capital's football club reports this. The goalkeeper completed a medical examination in Riyadh, agreed on personal contract details, and signed a 2.5-year deal. It should be noted that Al-Shabab plays in the top division of the Saudi Arabian championship.

In the Euro-2024 qualifying tournament, goalkeeper Georgiy Bushchan of Kyiv's "Dynamo" played two matches in which he conceded three goals. Overall, however, in the national team of Ukraine, the goalkeeper participated in 17 matches (1,515 playing minutes) and conceded 27 goals.

The Ukraine team continues training in Marbella, Spain, preparing for the playoff semifinal match against Bosnia and Herzegovina for Euro 2024.
