Adults responsible for the development of young players together sought an answer: what kind of environment should there be so that a child blossoms both on the field and in life.

The first day of "Talenticos" took place in Rivne — an initiative by the UAF to support the UAF Foundation, which unites football, education, and modern methods of nurturing young players. The event gathered 45 participants — parents, coaches, and managers.

Today's discussions focused on two key topics.

"Parents as Partners in Development" — about how values, resilience, and the ability to accept both successes and failures are formed at home. When a coach and family work together, the child feels supported rather than conflicting signals.

"Managers as the Foundation for a Child's Development Environment" — about people whose work remains behind the scenes but who create the conditions in which coaches can work, parents can support, and children can play.

This is only the first day of the event. The second day lies ahead — a football festival for children where everything discussed by adults on the previous day will be directly realized on the pitch.
