In Kremenchuk, the "Talenticos" seminar has begun — a multi-platform ecosystem of the Ukrainian Football Association (UFA), which is being implemented with support from the UFA Foundation. This initiative unites mass football, education, and modern approaches to child development under one brand. On the first day, parents, coaches, and managers collectively sought to answer one question: What kind of environment should exist to help a child develop both as an athlete and as an individual. The discussion centered around two key themes:

"Parents as Partners in Development."
Characteristics, personality traits, and reactions to wins and losses are formed at home. When a coach and parents move in the same direction, a child receives support rather than conflicting signals.

"Managers as the Foundation for Child Development."
Those who create conditions where coaches can coach, parents can support, and children can play.

This is just the first day of the event. On the second day, a football festival for children will take place, where everything discussed at the seminar will be put into practice on the field.
