In Kremenchuk, "Talantikos" has begun — a multi-platform ecosystem of the Ukrainian Football Association that is being implemented with support from the UAF Foundation. This initiative unites mass football, education, and modern approaches to child development under one brand. On the first day, parents, coaches, and managers worked together to find an answer to one question: what should the environment be like that helps a child develop both as an athlete and as a person. The discussion revolved around two key themes:

"Parents as partners in development."
About how values, character, and reactions to wins and losses are set at home. When a coach and parents move in the same direction, a child receives support rather than conflicting signals.

"Managers as the foundation of an environment for child development."
About those who create conditions where coaches can coach, parents can support, and children can play.

This is only the first day of the event. The second day will be a football festival for children, where everything that adults discussed at the seminar will come to life on the field.
