Qualification to second round
After the first round, teams advance as follows:
— Teams that occupy 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in League A remain in League A for the second round;
— The team that occupies 4th place in League A advances to League B for the second round;
— Winners of groups in League B advance to League A for the second round;
— Teams that occupy 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in League B remain in League B for the second round.
Teams that played each other in the first round will not meet again in the second round.
