Reviewing the materials concerning match 17 of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League 2025/2026 between FC "Oleksandria" (Oleksandria) – FC "Obolon" (Kyiv), scheduled for February 23, 2026, the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association adopted the following decisions:

— to record a technical loss for FC "Oleksandria" (Oleksandria) with a score of 0:3;

— to record a technical win for FC "Obolon" (Kyiv) with a score of 3:0;

— to require FC "Oleksandria" (Oleksandria) to pay an obligatory monetary contribution in the amount of 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) hryvnas;

— to require FC "Oleksandria" (Oleksandria) to compensate FC "Obolon" Kyiv, official persons, and the official commentator for expenses directly related to participation in the match (due to inadequate preparation of FC "Oleksandria" (Oleksandria) for the match and improper organization by the home club of the field, which led to the cancellation of the match).
