At the event, Oleh Bortnik, coach of Ukraine's youth women's team, Lyudmyla Lemeshko, trainer of Ukraine's girls' WU-17 team, and Anastasiya Klipchenko, head of the Women’s and Girls’ Football Committee at UAF, participated.

The main goal of the visit was to deepen knowledge in the field of women's football, particularly coaching education, communication, leadership, and psychology.

— The main goal was to deepen our knowledge in women’s football. The emotions are overwhelming – it is an invaluable experience to adopt European practices that we can implement in our work and pass on to other coaches working with girls' teams. Such visits also provide a great networking opportunity, — Oleh Bortnik noted.

During the visit, Ukrainian experts had the opportunity to visit the training base of women's team Feyenoord and observe the training of the club's first team.

— It was very interesting to see their discipline and level of detail. They have a clearly structured daily process – from medical check-ups and individual adjustments to analyzing each training session. This is a comprehensive approach where every detail matters, and we will definitely adopt this experience, — the coach of Ukraine's youth women's team emphasized.

Head coach of the WU-17 team, Lyudmyla Lemeshko, shared her impressions:

— All lectures were held in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, and the organization was at a very high level. Particularly valuable was the exchange of experience with coaches from different countries, including Luis Cortes and Lili Persson. We discussed topics such as personal and professional development, coaching skills, and other aspects that directly affect the effectiveness of our work.

The acquired knowledge and practical exercises are planned to be applied in the preparation of Ukraine's women's and girls' teams as soon as possible. Also on the agenda is a thorough processing of all obtained information, data collection and systematization, and development and implementation of an educational program for coaches of girls' football in Ukraine aimed at spreading modern European approaches in working with female players.
