— reviewing the materials regarding the expulsion of the trainer "Prykarpattia-Blago" (Ivano-Frankivsk) Yaroslav Martyniuk during the match of the 18th round of the Ukrainian championship among first league club teams PFL "Chernihiv" (Chernihiv) — "Prykarpattia-Blago" (Ivano-Frankivsk), which took place on November 29, 2025, suspended the trainer of "Prykarpattia-Blago" (Ivano-Frankivsk) Yaroslav Martyniuk from participating in matches for 2 (two) games (for using indecent and insulting language towards the match referee);

— reviewing the materials regarding a possible violation of regulatory norms by FC "Kolos" (Kovalevka) during the match of the 14th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League season-2025/2026 between FC "Obolon'" (Kyiv) — FC "Kolos" (Kovalevka), which took place on November 28, 2025, ordered FC "Kolos" (Kovalevka) to pay a mandatory fine of 30,000 (thirty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically regarding evacuating the team to shelter upon declaration of an "Air Raid Warning");

— reviewing the materials regarding improper behavior by supporters of FC "Veres" (Rivne) during the match of the 14th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League season-2025/2026 between FC "Veres" (Rivne) — FC "Karpaty" (Lviv), which took place on November 29, 2025, ordered FC "Veres" (Rivne) to pay a mandatory fine of 60,000 (sixty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated use by supporters of FC "Veres" (Rivne) of pyrotechnic devices (12 units)), ordered FC "Veres" (Rivne) to pay a mandatory fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias (for actions by supporters of FC "Veres" Rivne that led to the suspension of the match).
