On the Champions League path, in a nominally home match against Polish Stalowa Wola, Dynamo Kiev overcame Scottish Hibernian.

In the first half, Igor Kostyuk's charges had more possession and initiative, but Hibernian created more dangerous moments and could have scored at least twice. However, Kyiv saved their goal thanks to goalkeeper Viacheslav Surkis, who made two fantastic saves.

After the break, on the 56th minute, the white-and-blues did not waste their chance. Vladyslav Zakharchenko received a pass from the flank and with a billiard shot from the corner of the goal put Dynamo ahead. The score remained unchanged until the final whistle.

So, 1-0 — victory for Kyiv's Dynamo. The return match will take place on December 10 in Scotland.
