From the FIFA side, the event was attended by General Secretary Matias Grafström, Director of Global Football Development Arsène Wenger, and National Associations Head Ilhan Mamedov.

The Ukrainian Association of Football was represented by President Andriy Shevchenko, First Vice-President Artem Stoyanov, Vice-President Oleksandr Shevchenko, and General Secretary Igor Gryshchenko.

During the meeting, the delegation of the UAF informed FIFA leadership about the current situation in Ukraine, particularly outlining key challenges regarding the preservation and further development of football under wartime conditions.

The sides thoroughly discussed the status of implementing current projects within FIFA programs and assessed the possibilities for expanding cooperation—especially in the area of preparing coaching staff for children's and youth football.
