Today, October 18, the Ukrainian amputee football team played two victorious matches in the EAFF League of Nations -2025 division C tournament taking place in Baku, Azerbaijan.

First, our team beat the Netherlands (2:1): the opponent scored an own goal, and another goal was credited to captain Yuri Such of the blue-and-yellow team.

In the second match, Ukraine scored four goals against Belgium thanks to two successful shots from Dmytro Shchegelskyi (one from a penalty), Anatoliy Medvedyuk and Oleksandr Chinchley (from a penalty).

The national team will play its next match tomorrow, October 19 against the hosts—the Azerbaijan team.
