Euro 2026 futsal. The Ukraine national team will be in the first pot during the final tournament draw

UEFA has announced the details of the draw procedure for the Euro-2026 floorball final stage, which will take place today, October 24, in Kaunas, Lithuania (start time - 12:00 PM Kyiv time). Sixteen teams are divided into four pots according to their positions in the rankings of national teams as of September 25.

UEFA has announced the details of the draw procedure for the final stage of Euro-2026 Futsal, which will take place today, October 24, in Kaunas, Lithuania (start at 12:00 Kyiv time).

Sixteen teams are divided into four pots according to their positions in the national team ranking as of September 25.

Pot 1: Portugal, Spain, Ukraine, France.

Pot 2: Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Czech Republic.

Pot 3: Poland, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus.

Pot 4: Belgium, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania.

Note that during the UEFA draw, our team and the national team of the aggressor state — Belarus — will be placed in different groups. Additionally, host countries for the tournament will automatically be distributed across different quartets: Latvia will end up in Group A, Lithuania — in Group B, Slovenia — in Group C. Ukraine, according to the UEFA circular, is set to enter either Group A or B.

Euro-2026 will take place from January 21 to February 7 of next year on venues in Latvia's Riga, Lithuania's Kaunas, and Slovenia's Ljubljana.
