Today, September 4, the Ukraine U-18 youth team (players born in 2008)

Today, September 4th, the Ukraine U-18 team (players born in 2008 and younger) will play their first match at an international tournament in Sweden. The opponent is Norway, kickoff at 6:30 PM Kyiv time, live broadcast on the UAFA YouTube channel.
Overall, Ukrainians in Sweden will play against teams from Norway, Denmark, and the hosts.
"Every new call or every tournament is new information for the coach because at a young age it often happens that someone progresses quickly while others regress. Coaches always need to keep their finger on the pulse."
"The main task is to prepare players for the senior national team. We work with one model of play, so we look for the best ones to help boys grow professionally and gain international experience," — noted our team's coach Volodymyr Samborskyi the day before.
