The right to hold the game was purchased by FC «Metalist 1925» at a charitable auction dedicated to the anniversary of the «Charter» brigade. The club directed $200,000 towards purchasing a modern unmanned complex Fly Eye 3.0, which is already in operation in Kharkiv region. The event was dedicated to children from Kharkiv Oblast affected by the war and families of defenders.
