The day before the match of Ukraine's U-21 team at Euro 2025 against Finland, goalkeeper Ruslan Nescheret participated in a pre-match press conference.
"The mood ahead of the game is good. I believe we should approach this game with such an attitude because it doesn't make sense to hold grudges over the result from the first match. We need to be 100% prepared for the next encounter. To achieve a better result, I think we should review the mistakes we made. We did that during yesterday's evening meeting. We talked about what happened. I believe that in tomorrow's game, the team needs to give it their all and prove that they deserve to win."
"It doesn't matter which stadium we play at because during the war, we constantly played abroad on many different venues. This is not important. What matters is that the team wins, and I would really like to see our fans in the stands," — said Ruslan Nescheret.
