The day before the start of Ukraine's U-21 team at Euro 2025, our team’s defensive midfielder Volodymyr Brazyko participated in a pre-match press conference.

"It's a very strong group, each opponent is strong in their own way. So far, we have only analyzed Denmark. The most important game now is the next one. After that, we will study our subsequent opponents. There are no weak teams at Euro, so I think it will be tough for us. No one came here just to play around.

I don't want to single out anyone from Denmark. This is a team with strong teamwork and powerful pressing. But we also want to showcase our best qualities and win. I hope that's what happens.

Many Ukrainians, unfortunately, had to leave due to the war. I hope we can lift their spirits tomorrow and give not only those who come to the stadium but also those watching in Ukraine a victory.

We live outside the city and it took us an hour to get here. Slovakia is actually a very nice country. I've been here several times, two years ago we played against Turkey here. There are many Ukrainians here, and I hope for a great atmosphere at the stadium," — said Volodymyr Brazyko.
