The winner will play against FC «Chernihiv» for the right to have the opportunity to compete in the first league next season.
The position of the Executive Committee of the UFA remains unchanged: the sporting principle is the basis of all decisions in contentious situations. If there is no clear answer in the regulations, the dispute must be resolved exclusively on the football field.
