Last weekend, ten out of the eleven foreign players called up by Serhiy Rebrov for Ukraine's national team playoff matches against Belgium in March played for their clubs.

On Saturday, May 3, Plymouth Maxim Taloviyev (full match) lost at home to Leeds United (1:2) and officially dropped down to League One.

In the 35th round of the English Premier League Everton Vitaly Mykolenko (full match, yellow card) drew with Ipswich Town at home (2:2), while Arsenal Oleksandr Zinchenko (came on as a substitute in the 86th minute) lost to Bournemouth Ilya Zabarnyi (full match) in London with a score of 1:2.

In the 32nd round of Portugal's Primeira Liga, Benfica Anatoliy Trubin (full match, saved a penalty) won away against Estoril — 2:1.

On Sunday, May 4, in MLS Austin Oleksandr Svytka (full match) suffered a heavy home defeat against Minnesota United — 0:3.

In the English Premier League, Brentford Egor Yarmoluk (substituted in the 77th minute) won at home against Manchester United with a score of 4:3.
