In the semi-finals held on April 25, the Turks overcame Austrian 'RB Salzburg' - 2:1, while the Spaniards also won with a minimal score against Dutch AZ - 1:0.
In the final, 'Barcelona' managed to easily dispose of their opponent, scoring two goals in each half. 'Trabzonspor' could only manage one goal for prestige. Thus, the Catalan team secured its first honor in this competition's history.
