The K-D Committee of the UAFA adopted a number of decisions, including:
— having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the 23rd round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Polesia" (Zhytomyr) and FC "Karpaty" (Lviv), which took place on April 7, 2025, ordered FC "Polesia" (Zhytomyr) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 50,000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias (for the use by fans of pyrotechnic devices) and a mandatory financial contribution of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) hryvnias (for the display by fans of discriminatory symbols);
— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of FC "Chornomorets" (Odessa) regulations during the match of the 23rd round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Chornomorets" (Odessa) and FC LNZ (Cherkasy), which took place on April 5, 2025, ordered FC "Chornomorets" (Odessa) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance with the Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically — regarding the conduct of the match without spectators);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the exclusion of FC "Niva" (Ternopil) player Serhiy Davydov during the match of the 3rd round of the second stage of the Ukrainian Football Championship among first league teams between FC "Metallurg" (Zaporizhzhia) and FC "Niva" (Ternopil), which took place on April 12, 2025, disqualified FC "Niva" (Ternopil) player Serhiy Davydov from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for a serious game violation), of which one match is conditionally suspended for a probationary period of 1 (one) year;
— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of FC LNZ (Cherkasy) regulations during the match of the 24th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC LNZ (Cherkasy) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on April 11, 2025, ordered FC LNZ (Cherkasy) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance with the Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically — repeated exceeding of the maximum allowed number of spectators on the stadium);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the 24th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Kryvbas" (Kryvyi Rih) and FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv), which took place on April 12, 2025, ordered FC "Kryvbas" (Kryvyi Rih) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance with the Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically — exceeding the maximum allowed number of spectators on the stadium) and a mandatory financial contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for unauthorized appearance of an unaffiliated person in the playing area);
— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of FC "Vorskla" (Poltava) regulations after the match of the 24th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Vorskla" (Poltava) and FC "Polesia" (Zhytomyr), which took place on April 13, 2025, ordered FC "Vorskla" (Poltava) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias (for the absence of the head coach of FC "Vorskla" (Poltava) at a flash interview);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the exclusion of FC "Vorskla" (Poltava) player Anton Salabay during the match of the 24th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Vorskla" (Poltava) and FC "Polesia" (Zhytomyr), which took place on April 13, 2025, disqualified FC "Vorskla" (Poltava) player Anton Salabay from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for a serious game violation);
— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of the UPL Regulations by FC "Kolos" (Kalush), during the match of the 24th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Left Bank" (Kyiv) and FC "Kolos" (Kalush), which took place on April 13, 2025, ordered FC "Kolos" (Kalush) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) hryvnias (for repeated delay in starting the match);
— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of the UPL Regulations by FC "Karpaty" (Lviv), during the match of the 24th round of the Ukrainian Football Championship U-19 between FC "Ingulets" (Petrove) and FC "Karpaty" (Lviv), which took place on April 13, 2025, applied a warning sanction to FC "Karpaty" (Lviv) (for delaying the start of the match).
