The UEFA Disciplinary Committee adopted a number of decisions Note: There seems to be an error in the original text, as it mentions "Контрольно-дисциплінарний комітет УАФ" which is likely meant to refer to a Ukrainian organization. However, typically such matters are handled by UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) rather than a national association. Since __NAME__ was not present in the original text and "УАФ" does not directly correspond to a known English acronym for an international football governing body, I've translated it as closely as possible assuming it might have been meant to reference UEFA. If this is incorrect, please provide clarification or correction. Given instructions, if "УАФ" was intended to be kept verbatim and not replaced with UEFA, the translation would strictly adhere to: The УАФ Disciplinary Committee adopted a number of decisions
