Ukrainian Women's League championship: today the competitions in the higher league resume

Today, March 17, marks the start of the first round of the second stage of the Ukrainian Women's Premier League championship for the 2024/2025 season.

Tournament Tables and Results

The tournament takes place in two stages. In the first stage, all teams played a round-robin schedule according to the calendar draw. The sports performance achieved at this stage was preserved.

Six of the best teams from the first stage will enter Group 1 and within the second stage they will compete for prize places and two spots in the UEFA Champions League, as well as one ticket to the inaugural competition of the UEFA Europa Cup. The other five teams will play in Group 2 where they will fight for survival.

Based on the results of the Ukrainian Premier League season-2024/2025, the teams occupying the 10th and 11th positions will play two qualifying matches (home/away) against the third and second-placed teams in the First League respectively (10V — 3P, 11V — 2P). These games will take place on May 22nd and May 26th.

Group 1: 'Vorskla', 'Kolos', 'Metalist 1925', 'Sisteres', 'Shakhtar', 'Ladomir'.

Group 2: 'Krivbas', 'Panthers', 'Polissya', 'EMS-Podillya', 'Obolon'.
