In Benidorm, Spain, the blue-and-yellow team held theoretical sessions and recovery training and procedures. Their impressions of their work were shared by half-defender of the national team Yegor Nazarina, as well as players from the youth squad who are working with the country's main team—midfielder Valentyn Rubchinsky and defender Taras Mykhavko.

"It was nice that they invited us and gave us the opportunity to feel the level of the national team. We hope to be called up for the main team soon. There was a recovery training session, not too difficult, apparently two more sessions are ahead, so we will prepare ourselves."

What differs from the youth squad? Essentially, everything is the same; you need to follow discipline and not be late. Of course, it helps that there are acquaintances from the youth team, but it's nice to play and train with adults,"—said Valentyn Rubchinsky.

"It's always nice to return to the national team, it’s an honor to defend its colors. So I'm very happy to be here. The journey was difficult, we traveled for a day. But that's behind us now; work has begun, and we are preparing for matches. I feel good, training went with positivity.

The games against Belgium are important for us. We want to show ourselves, the spirit of Ukrainians—above all, to win. Preparation will be tough because the matches ahead are also not easy. But we prepare with a positive attitude and positive thoughts,"—emphasized Yegor Nazarina.

"When I found out about the call-up, I was pleasantly surprised because it's a dream. We are here for several days, but this is a huge experience. I've dreamed since childhood of getting into the national team, like every football player. So I approached this emotionally and told my friends and close ones that there’s an opportunity to go and gain experience with such players. For me, this is a great success and honor, so I'm very satisfied and happy to be here.

It's not like there was anxiety—I’m used to this level because Dynamo also has experienced players. Although, when I first arrived here, it might have been the case. But on the training field, I don't feel nervous at all. Of course, everyone helps. There was a pulling session, not too intense. But every session with the national team is a great success for me. It's clear that my mood is wonderful. I want to show myself from the best side,"—noted Taras Mykhavko.
