On March 12 in Bucharest, Romania, the final stage of a football coaching course for women ended, organized within a memorandum between the Norwegian Football Association, the Romanian Football Federation, and the Ukrainian Football Association.

It is worth noting that for the first time in Ukraine's history, training for female coaches took place with consideration of all relevant psychological specifics abroad outside the current system.

During the 2024/2025 season, the UAF had the opportunity to send 20 coaches for training. Ultimately, 13 Ukrainian specialists reached the final stage and received international certificates. It should be noted that our delegation was headed by the head of the Women's and Girls' Football Committee of the UAF, Anastasia Kliptchenko.

Symbolically, that during their working trip to Romania, the finalists were visited by the President of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Shevchenko and the General Secretary of the UAF Igor Gryshchenko, who pay special attention to the development of women's football.
