Another footballer in the Ukraine national team who, like Illia Zabarnyi from England's "Bournemouth," can personally add to his record the first part of the club season-2024/2025 is goalkeeper Anatolii Trubin of Portuguese "Benfica."

He is a strong first choice for the "Eagles," and this status of the Ukrainian player has not changed even after the reshuffle on Lisbon's coaching staff, when Roger Schmidt left the team and Bruno Lage arrived.

Out of 25 matches that "Benfica" managed to play during the mentioned period, Trubin played from start to finish whistle in 23, while keeping a clean sheet in 11. Moreover, there were no particular failures for the Ukrainian goalkeeper: he only once conceded three goals (in the Champions League against "Feyenoord" — 1:3) and twice conceded two each time (in the Portuguese league against "Famalicao" — 0:2 and in the Champions League against "Monaco" — 3:2).

Again, if injuries and illnesses spare our boy, we are confident that he will remain the first choice for "Benfica" going forward.
