According to the 2024 results, Andriy Yarmolenko, a half-back for Kyiv's Dynamo and Ukraine's national team, won the "Golden Experience" referendum organized by the Ukrainian Football Veterans Association in collaboration with the Sobol Family Charity Fund.

In the voting aimed at determining the best Ukrainian footballer aged 30 or older (players born in 1994 and earlier), 52 football experts participated—two representatives from each region, Kyiv city, and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Participants named their top three players.

"The Ukrainian Football Veterans Association initiated a new nomination to recognize the best footballers aged 30 or older based on annual results," noted Acting President of the UVFA Andriy Biba. "Football careers are short, and we want to honor players who remain in excellent form even after turning 30, lead their teams, and guide them to new victories. We hope they will continue to delight fans with their play and skill."
