In the second round of qualification, seven teams will join the Faroe Islands in the final stage of the UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship, as well as teams moving between leagues. The seeding for the draw in the second round was determined by the positions that the teams held in the first round.

In League A, 28 teams will compete in seven groups, including seven national teams that advanced from League B based on their results in the first round. The seven group winners in League A in the second round will qualify for the final stage, which will take place from April 4 to May 17, 2025. Teams finishing fourth in their groups will start the 2025/2026 season in League B.

In League B, 21 teams, including those that were relegated after the autumn stage from League A, will compete in six groups for spots in League A of the next round.

As a reminder, Ukraine's WU-17 women's national team secured first place in their group in the first round of League B and advanced to League A. Based on the draw results, Serhiy Sapronov's wards were placed in Group A1, where they will face Spain, Belgium, and Iceland.
