At the Air Albania stadium, where today's match of the final group stage round of the 2024/2025 Nations League Group B1 between Albania and Ukraine will take place (kick-off at 9:45 PM Kyiv time), our team has not yet played.

However, the venue where the stadium is located is familiar to blue-and-yellow supporters. It was on the «Kemal Stafa» stadium, which now houses Air Albania, that our team played its only match in Albanian soil on February 9, 2005, winning against the hosts in a qualifier for the historic 2006 World Cup — 2:0. The goals were scored by Andriy Rusol and Andriy Husyn under the command of Oleh Blokhin, with their captain being the current president of the UAF, Andriy Shevchenko.
