— considering the materials regarding improper behavior of FC "Veres" (Rivne) supporters during the match between FC "Veres" (Rivne) and FC "Zorya" (Luhansk) in the 9th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League, which took place on October 5, 2024, fined FC "Veres" (Rivne) an obligatory financial contribution of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) hryvnias for chanting discriminatory slogans. In case of repetition, non-financial sanctions may be applied to the club, including playing matches without supporters;

— considering the materials provided by the ethics and fair play committee regarding a possible violation of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play by UAF V.A. Lutyi, suspended V.A. Lutyi from performing official duties as a delegate for six (six) months due to behavior that damages the reputation of the UAF; failure to comply with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play, specifically regarding the obligation to refrain from any actions or conduct that may lead to suspicion of improper behavior;

— considering the materials provided by the ethics and fair play committee regarding a possible violation of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play by O.G. Povoroznyuk, fined O.G. Povoroznyuk an obligatory financial contribution of 75,000 (seventy-five thousand) hryvnias for failing to comply with the requirements of the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play, specifically: showing respect to colleagues, opponents, referees, official representatives, football structure employees, media representatives, supporters, etc.; refraining from disrespectful actions towards one another, insults, humiliation of participants in football activities, recognizing the harmful consequences of emotional statements and negative behavior;

— considering the materials regarding the expulsion of FC "Zorya" (Luhansk) player Gabriel Escuñy during the match between FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) and FC "Zorya" (Luhansk) in the VBET Cup of Ukraine 2024/2025, suspended the player from participating in matches for two (two) games due to a serious game violation;

— considering the materials regarding the expulsion of SC "Poltava" (Poltava) player Dmytro Shcherbak during the match between SC "Poltava" (Poltava) and FC "Kudryvka" (Kudryvka) in the 15th round of the Ukrainian Championship among first league teams, suspended the player from participating in matches for three (three) games due to rough behavior;

— considering the materials regarding the expulsion of FC "Viktoriya" (Sumy) player Stanislav Shara during the match between FC "Viktoriya" (Sumy) and FSK "Mariupol" (Mariupol) in the 15th round of the Ukrainian Championship among first league teams, suspended the player from participating in matches for three (three) games due to rough behavior;

— considering the materials regarding possible violations of regulatory norms by FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) after the match between FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) and FC "Chornomorets" (Odessa) in the 12th round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League, which took place on November 2, 2024, fined FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) an obligatory financial contribution of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) hryvnias for a repeated failure to appear at a flash interview.

The Ukrainian Football Association once again decisively condemns any manifestations of improper and discriminatory behavior.
