The referees for the matches in the first round of the UEFA European Under-17 Championship qualifying tournament Group 9, which will take place in San Marino, are Ukrainian officials Dmitry Panchyshyn and Valentin Kutsiv. This is reported by the UEFA website.

Panchyshyn will serve as the main referee for the matches between Wales (U-17) — Norway (U-17) (November 5) and Italy (U-17) — Wales (U-17) (November 8). On the match between San Marino (U-17) — Wales (U-17) (November 11), Panchyshyn will act as the fourth official, while Kutsiv will be a linesman.
