In the matches of the first round qualifying tournament for the U-17 Euro 2025 in group 9, which will be held in San Marino, Ukrainian referees Dmitro Panchishyn and Valentin Kutsiv will officiate.

Representatives of Ukraine will play in the first round qualifying matches for the U-17 Euro 2025

The referees for the matches in the first round of the UEFA European Under-17 Championship qualifying tournament Group 9, which will take place in San Marino, are Ukrainian officials Dmitry Panchyshyn and Valentin Kutsiv. This is reported by the UEFA website.

Panchyshyn will serve as the main referee for the matches between Wales (U-17) — Norway (U-17) (November 5) and Italy (U-17) — Wales (U-17) (November 8). On the match between San Marino (U-17) — Wales (U-17) (November 11), Panchyshyn will act as the fourth official, while Kutsiv will be a linesman.
