In the 6th round of the first league, "Metalist 1925" recorded its debut victory, a feat that many experts doubted they would achieve in the title race for the strongest team of the 2024/2025 tournament.

Today, Patrick van Leeuwen's charges took the hill in Zaporizhzhia. The score was opened on the 36th minute by Oleksiy Sydorov, who previously played for "Metalurh".
