According to the results of the previous stage, four of the best teams advanced to the final round. In the final stage, the teams formed two semifinal pairs, with winners meeting in the decisive match and losers playing for third place. On May 31 in Ternopil the champions and prize-winners were determined.

In the bronze medal game, Kostopol's "Lyceum" defeated the Kharkiv Oblast team — 3:0. In the final match, Krivoy Rog's "Krivbas" proved stronger than Volodymyr's "Ladomir" — 3:2.

After the final match, an award ceremony took place, attended by the head of the Football Association of Ternopil Oblast Taras Yurik, deputy director of youth, sports and image projects of TOV A Andriy Chovgan, chief of women's and girls' football department of UAF Ruslan Didenko, representative of the Referees Committee of UAF Mykhailo Ovchar, and head coach of Ukraine's WU-17 team Serhiy Sapronov.

Based on the final round results, tournament organizers awarded the best players in several categories:

best goalkeeper — Mariia Vakulko ("Lyceum" (Kostopol));

best defender — Anastasiia Belkina ("Krivbas" (Krivoy Rog));

best half-back — Zoriya Gladun ("Ladomir" (Volodymyr));

best forward — Polina Nazarenko ("Krivbas" (Krivoy Rog));

top scorer — Margaryta Rutchka (Kharkiv Oblast team).
