The final tournament of the 2024 FIFA Futsal World Cup will be held from September 14 to October 6 in three cities in Uzbekistan: Andijan, Bukhara, and Tashkent.

During the draw, 24 teams were divided into six groups of four participants, according to the FIFA ranking for futsal teams. The top two teams from each group and the four best third-place teams will advance to the playoffs. The knockout stages will include the Round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals, the third-place match, and the final.

Ukraine was drawn into Group C, where they will face Argentina, Afghanistan, and Angola.

Our team secured their spot in December last year after defeating Poland (5:3) in the elite qualifying round. Oleksandr Kosenko's team finished first in their group, earning a direct ticket to the World Cup. Along with Ukraine, Kazakhstan, France, Spain, and Portugal also qualified from Europe. Two more spots were decided later, with the Netherlands defeating Finland and Croatia overcoming Poland in the playoffs.
