Romania national team coach Edward Jordenescu has announced the list of players called up for two friendly matches ahead of the start of the 2024 European Championship. 

The Ukraine national team will play in Group E at Euro-2024 along with Belgium, Romania, and Slovakia. The Romanian national team will hold two friendly matches in Bucharest before the tournament — against Bulgaria (June 4) and Liechtenstein (June 7).

To prepare for these matches, Romania coach Edward Jordenescu has called up 28 players. The official website of the Romanian Football Federation announced this.

The final roster for the Romania national team at Euro-2024, which will include up to 26 players, will be announced on June 7.

As a reminder, the Ukraine and Romania national teams will play in Group E at Euro-2024 on June 17. The match will take place in Munich at «Arena Munich». Kickoff is scheduled for 16:00.
