The final matches of the Ukrainian Girls' Football League for teams under 13 years old took place at the Lviv City Stadium "Shkolyar" in the 2023/2024 season.

Based on the results of the previous stage, four of the best teams advanced to the final stage. At the final stage, the teams formed two semi-final pairs, with winners meeting in the decisive match and losers playing for third place. On May 10 in Lviv, the champions and prize-winners were determined.

In the bronze medal game, Vladimir's "Ladomir" defeated Ivanо-Frankivsk's "DЮSSH №3 - Sports School" 2-1. In the final match between Kyiv teams with a similar score, OFKIP-Dynamo beat DЮSSH "Podil."

After the final match, a ceremonial award ceremony took place, attended by the head of the women's and girls' football department at the UAF Ruslan Didenko and an official from the UAF Arbiters Committee Mykhailo Ovchar.

Based on the results of the final part of the tournament, the organizers awarded the best players in several nominations:

best goalkeeper — Tetiana Hubnytska ("OFKIP-Dynamo" (Kyiv));

best defender — Anna Dyachuk ("Ladomir" (Vladimir));

best half-back — Daryna Baranovska ("DЮSSH № 3 - Sports School" (Ivano-Frankivsk));

best forward — Mariia Zaborets (DЮSSH "Podil" (Kyiv));

top scorer — Lina Pozikaylo ("OFKIP-Dynamo" (Kyiv)).
