The Disciplinary Committee of the Ukrainian Association of Football adopted a number of important decisions at its meeting, including:
— reviewing the materials regarding improper behavior of FC "Zorya" (Luhansk) supporters during the match of the 10th round of Vbet League-2023/2024 between FC "Zorya" (Luhansk) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on April 18, 2024, ordered FC "Zorya" (Luhansk) to pay a mandatory fine of 25,000 UAH (for gross, unjustified actions by supporters that violate generally accepted rules of behavior at the stadium);
— reviewing the materials regarding the match of the 25th round of Vbet League-2023/2024 between FC "Chornomorets" (Odessa) and FC "Kryvbas" (Dnipro), which took place on April 20, 2024, ordered FC "Chornomorets" (Odessa) to pay a mandatory fine of 50,000 UAH (for gross, inappropriate statements by club officials directed at the referee);
— reviewing the materials regarding possible violations of regulatory norms by FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) during the match of the 25th round of Vbet League-2023/2024 between FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) and FC "Zorya" (Luhansk), which took place on April 22, 2024, ordered FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory fine of 10,000 UAH (for the absence of the coach and the person responsible for youth players' actions at the pre-match meeting);
— reviewing the materials regarding the expulsion of football player Maria Iagnatenko from FC "Ladomir" (Volodymyr) during the match of the 5th round of the second stage of the Ukrainian Football Championship among women's clubs in the first league between FC "Kolos" (Kovalivka) and FC "Ladomir" (Volodymyr), which took place on April 23, 2024, suspended the player from participating in matches for two games (for a serious game violation);
— reviewing the materials regarding the expulsion of football player Lyudmila Ustynova from FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) after the match of the 5th round of the second stage of the Ukrainian Football Championship among women's clubs in the first league between FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) and FC "Kryvbas" (Dnipro), which took place on April 24, 2024, suspended the player from participating in matches for three games (for aggressive behavior);
— reviewing the materials regarding the expulsion of football player Daria Kelyushyk from FC "Kryvbas" (Dnipro) after the match of the 5th round of the second stage of the Ukrainian Football Championship among women's clubs in the first league between FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) and FC "Kryvbas" (Dnipro), which took place on April 24, 2024, suspended the player from participating in matches for three games (for aggressive behavior);
— reviewing the materials regarding possible violations of regulatory norms by FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) during the match of the 26th round of Vbet League-2023/2024 between FC "LNZ" (Cherkasy) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on April 27, 2024, ordered FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory fine of 20,000 UAH (for the absence of the security service manager (club officer) at the pre-match meeting);
— reviewing the materials regarding the expulsion of football player Oleksandr Timchik from FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) during the match of the 26th round of Vbet League-2023/2024 between SC "Dnipro-1" (Dnipropetrovsk) and FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv), which took place on April 27, 2024, suspended the player from participating in matches for three games (for aggressive behavior), one of them conditionally;
— reviewing the materials regarding the match of the 6th round of the second stage of the Ukrainian Football Championship among first league teams during the season-2023/2024 between FC "Hust" (Hust) and FC "Metallurg" (Zaporizhzhia), which took place on April 28, 2024, recorded a technical defeat for FC "Metallurg" (Zaporizhzhia) with the score of 0:3 (for not showing up to the match), and a technical victory for FC "Hust" (Hust) with the score of 3:0; ordered FC "Metallurg" (Zaporizhzhia) to pay a mandatory fine of 30,000 UAH on behalf of PFL;
— reviewing the materials regarding the expulsion of head coach Valeriy Chornyy from FC "Chernihiv" (Chernihiv) during the match of the 6th round of the second stage of the Ukrainian Football Championship among first league teams between FC "Podillia" (Khmelnytskyi) and FC "Chernihiv" (Chernihiv), which took place on April 13, 2024, suspended the head coach from participating in matches for three games (for using offensive language), one of them conditionally;
— reviewing the materials regarding the match of the 26th round of Vbet League-2023/2024 between FC "LNZ" (Cherkasy) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on April 27, 2024, ordered FC "LNZ" (Cherkasy) to pay a mandatory fine of 25,000 UAH (for displaying banners and other discriminatory items during the match);
— for non-compliance with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for Organizing and Conducting Football Matches in Ukraine under Martial Law
SC "Dnipro-1" (Dnipropetrovsk) during the match of the 26th round of Vbet League-2023/2024 between SC "Dnipro-1" (Dnipropetrovsk) and FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv), which took place on April 27, 2024, specifically regarding evacuation to shelters upon the announcement of an air raid alert, presence of unaccredited individuals at the match, ordered SC "Dnipro-1" (Dnipropetrovsk) to pay a mandatory fine of 50,000 UAH;
— for non-compliance with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for Organizing and Conducting Football Matches in Ukraine under Martial Law
FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) during the match of the 26th round of Vbet League-2023/2024 between SC "Dnipro-1" (Dnipropetrovsk) and FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv), which took place on April 27, 2024, specifically regarding evacuation to shelters upon the announcement of an air raid alert, ordered FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory fine of 35,000 UAH;
— reviewing the materials regarding the expulsion of football player Andriy Busyk from FC "Metalist" (Kharkiv) during the match of the 5th round of the second stage of the Ukrainian Football Championship among first league teams between FC "Chernihiv" (Chernihiv) and FC "Metalist" (Kharkiv), which took place on April 21, 2024, suspended the player from participating in matches for three games (for aggressive behavior), two of them conditionally.
