We remind you that the training lasted four months, during which participants successfully completed five educational sessions and actively worked on practical assignments.

In total, throughout the course, its participants completed approximately 30 individual tasks and up to 10 group tasks within their microgroups. A true test for them was the practical classes when each future coach had to prepare and conduct a full training session with corresponding groups of young football players. After each conducted class, colleagues from the microgroup analyzed it and provided recommendations on improving the organization of the educational-training process.

During the course, participants worked in an interactive format, constantly discussing topics proposed by the course program. And there were quite a few of them.

The organization of the course work is aimed at creating a platform for basic knowledge and working with consideration of current trends in training children.

Periodization of stages of multi-year preparation, clear understanding of sensitive periods of development of corresponding qualities and skills, methodology for teaching and correcting mistakes, cognitive ability development, technical preparedness and tactical literacy of young football players — all these topics, as well as the organization of work with parents of young football players, issues of children's rights protection, rational nutrition, and organizing work within a club system were jointly analyzed with course participants.

Twenty-six people started the training, but only 23 were allowed to take the exams. However, those who were allowed to take them passed with positive grades. Thus, another 23 knowledgeable and professional coaches have been recruited into the coaching family in the sector of children's and youth football.
