Last Thursday, our team gathered in Kyiv and began its journey by bus to Warsaw, and then flew to Antalya, where the final days were spent preparing for matches of the Nations League.

Due to injuries, Nadia Kunina, Yana Kalinina, Viktoriya Golovach, and Viktoriya Hryhin could not help the blue-and-yellow team. Instead, Yana Malakhova, Elizaveta Molodyuk, and Anastasia Voronina were called up to join the national squad.

The playoff match for the right to play in Division B of the Nations League against Bulgaria will take place today, February 23, at the central stadium "Arda-Arena" in the Bulgarian town of Kırklareli. The start time is 16:00 Kyiv time.

The Bulgarians mainly operate as a second number, trying to find Simon Petkova, who plays for Swiss Arau FC, with long passes on the attacking line. The return match Ukraine — Bulgaria will be played on February 27. The nominal home game for the blue-and-yellow team will be held at the "Mardan" stadium in Antalya (Turkey). The start time is 15:00 Kyiv time. Entry to the match is free.
