On February 15, the national women's team of Ukraine set off for a training camp in preparation for upcoming league matches against Bulgaria on February 23 and 27.

Our team gathered in Kyiv and began their journey by bus to Warsaw, followed by a flight to Antalya, where the preparations will take place. The half-backs of the blue-and-yellow team, Anna Petrik and Elizaveta Molodyuk, shared their emotions after the start of the camp.

"We've gathered again as a full team. There aren't many training camps in a year, so we value each one. In the next two games, we are aiming for results. The mood is always great."

"Physically, I feel good. It was more about moments during preparation and correction. As a professional, I am trying to improve certain aspects and weak points. Everything is fine, we continue preparing," said Anna Petrik.

"The emotions are positive but mixed. Of course, there's some nervousness because it’s quite a high level. There's concern about this. I know the girls better from when we played in youth leagues, but I also know the older players," said Elizaveta Molodyuk about her debut call-up to the national team.

As a reminder, Ukraine's women's national team will face Bulgaria in league matches for the right to play in Division B in the League of Nations. The blue-and-yellow team was seeded and will start with an away match.

The game between Bulgaria and Ukraine will take place on February 23 in Kırklareli, Turkey at the central stadium "Arda-Arena". The kickoff is set for 16:00 Kyiv time.

The return match Ukraine — Bulgaria will be played on February 27. The blue-and-yellow team will play the home game in Antalya (Turkey) at the "Marad" stadium. The kickoff for this match is set for 15:00 Kyiv time.
