The head coach of our Euro 2024 playoff semifinal opponent, Bosnia and Herzegovina's team, Savo Milošević, commented on today’s draw for the UAF press service.

— Mr. Milošević, how do you comment on the draw, according to which Bosnia and Herzegovina's national team will face Ukraine in the semifinals?

— Ukraine stands out among all four playoff teams for its quality and the way it plays. Personally, I have encountered many Ukrainian footballers on the field, so I know what I am talking about. Our advantage is that we will host our opponent at home, but we will see how this match unfolds. 

Such matches are always difficult. There won't be a favorite in this pair because anything can happen in one game. We hope all players will be healthy by March. I also wish the same for Ukraine's team. 

And I also send my best wishes to the Ukrainian people. 

— To play against Bosnia and Herzegovina on its home turf is always tough. Is this a significant advantage for your team?

— People in Bosnia and Herzegovina are crazy about football. It's very popular in the country, and the national team is extremely important to people. Of course, the stadium will be full and there will be a hot atmosphere. We will try to use this against your team. But it will be a tough and even game. Perhaps Ukraine's team has slightly more chances, but we will do everything possible to advance.

I would also be glad to meet with Serhiy Rebrov. I haven't seen him in a long time. I follow his career. I know that he worked in the UAE before this. I wish him all the best, of course, except for our game!
